Customer Owned Laundry
PickuP & Delivery
We offer pickup and delivery services as an option for all laundry clients.
Sorting
We sort and pre-treat all items to ensure the best clean and finish. Like colors and textures are laundered together.
Launder/Press
Of course laundering is standard however we can also press, steam, or iron should your pieces need to be pressed.
Folding
Folding is standard along with bagging in a transport dust bag. We also offer as an option poly bagging/sealing or hangar with dry cleaning bag as well.
Commercial Equipment
We use commercial extractor laundry machines for most linens and items to ensure the highest quality wash. We ensure to wash like colors and materials as to prevent color bleed and leeching. We pre treat all linens, and use commercial
cleaners and solvents to remove the toughest stains.
Press, Iron, and Steam
Linens are best pressed by the use of a commercial flat iron rotary press. We use two different types to ensure the best iron for the material and size. We also utilize smaller rotary ironers, hand iron, and a commercial steamer to release
even the most stubborn of wrinkles. Pricing varies by piece and volume.
Laundry is Boring
Why not let us do your chores and worry about your pile of dirty linens.

Our laundry is run out of two locations – Maplewood & Maryland Heights, MO. All customer drop offs and pickups are from our Maryland Heights warehouse location.
Standard laundry service includes sorting, stain treating, wet washing with a water based laundry system using proper laundry detergents, tumble drying on low heat, and folding immediately following being removed from the dryer.
Some fabric table linens such as lightweight polyester, or sheer materials may or may not release all wrinkles during a tumble dry. We then place folded items in a clear 2 mil transport bag and tie.
Our enhanced laundry service includes flat iron pressing in addition to laundering. The flat iron pressing is done after laundering and then folded and bagged as stated above.
No, however it is included as part of our enhanced laundry service. Some items need special attention such as organza, silk, and chiffon and may require steam only or low heat hand ironing. Items such as spandex, damask linens,
and certain cotton heavy weight materials may not need ironing.
We do offer volume discounts for customers that have volume in excess of 250 full size pieces per 12 month period including table linens, bedding, and sheets. We require a partial prepayment for the first 250 pieces upfront as
well as an approved terms account or a debit/credit card to be kept on file. Price breaks begin at 250 full size pieces and are compounding into higher volumes. Should you expect to launder more than 3000 piece per year – please
contact us about our contracted linen rental program as our linen rental program may save you money without adding the wear and tear on your linens.
Yes! We launder colored and white clothes, along with most things that can be laundered. We are not a dry cleaner and do not offer chemical dry cleaning services but are happy to launder and fold clothes, and other items.
Our special event linen workload is very seasonal since 65% of all weddings take place on the same 10 weekends. We process laundry in the order in which it is received and most items are quoted to have a 3 to 4 day turnaround
time however we often are completed in 48 hours or less. During our peak weeks we ask for a 4 to 5 day turnaround time so if dropping off linens on a Monday we will have them completed for you by Friday.
We process laundry Monday through Friday and operate our large iron presses Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We do offer same day expedited service at almost all times for an additional charge. Certain high volume weeks such
as those in May/June or September/October may not allow us to process your linens in time. If we are not able to launder your items – rest assured we do offer an entire linen rental inventory that is already cleaned, pressed,
and ready for use.
Yes, and well no. Our industrial flat iron press machines require that linens have a minimum water content to work properly. The steam produced from the water content in the linen when it is pressed is a large reason a linen comes out perfectly smooth. For this reason we press linens immediately after they are low heat tumble dried for the best wrinkle free surface.
So yes – we can press and iron your linens without washing but we do not guarantee a smooth & wrinkle free linen.
Dollar Tree sells a 3.5oz Ribeye Steak in the freezer section. Will it be just as good as a fresh cut, never frozen steak that has been handcut from your local butcher? No. Many items we use everyday are of vastly different quality and the useful life, the characteristics, and quality are usually but not always indicated by price. Most standard table linens are made of synthetic polyester materials anfd most bedding linens are made with a cotton blended material. Most people have some familiarity with thread count in bed linens with the higher thread count sheets indicating that they are of higher quality. Table and event linens are much the same way except quality is measured in GSM or grams per square meter. The highest quality linens are typically much heavier than the cheaper light weight linens.
In general – good quality polyester table linens start at 180GSM and can weigh as much or more than 250 to 300GSM. Each material has a different standard however this is a good litmus test.
In general – good quality cotton or cotton blend bed linens start at 250 thread count with the best cotton bed linens being 400-600 thread count.
How does this relate to laundering? Most table and bed linens of high quality wrinkle less, are easier to clean, are easier to press, have less wrinkle “memory” as compared to subpar linens. Table linens of 150GSM or less are
also somewhat translucent and often can show through colors of items they are placed on such as a dark colored table.
