Light Up Exit Sign

if not utilizing lighting or other options that also require electric service.
Fire Extinguisher

No Smoking Sign

EZ Up / Pop Up Sand Bag Weight

Sandbag for foot of pop up tent. Suggested one per leg when not able to use ground anchors. 10-25lbs per bag on average. ONLY FOR USE ON LIGHT DUTY POP UP TENTS. Recommended for 10×10 traditional or slant leg pop up canopy.
Pop Up Tent Concrete Weight

Heavy Duty anchor for foot of pop up tent. Suggested one per leg when not able to use ground anchors for small pop up style tents. 60-80lbs per ballast average. Best for pop up style tents larger than 10×10 or some commercial frame
tents. Consult your A-1 tent expert for guidance.
Giffy Water Ballast System
$40.00 per Ballast
Specialized Giffy 75 gallon water ballast used for frame tents. Used for medium duty and small tents during normal/clear weather conditions. Average weight 660lbs filled. A-1 will bring a 50′ standard water hose to connect to customers water source. A minimum fee of $550 is charged in addition to the rental price for a water truck when water is not accessible onsite. Water source must be a reasonable distance from the tent site. Vinyl or polyester barrel wrap is available for $15 per barrel when available.
Large Concrete Ballasts
Price based on weight and delivery range
Large concrete ballasts are available and recommended for all tents 20′ wide and larger. Fee includes block, ground substrate such as linen cloth, rubber, or other non marking padding. Please note that substantial weight may have adverse
effects on the surface in which it is placed. Not recommended for fresh or new pavement or porous concrete/rock or other decorative floor & ground coverings. Sizes include 350lb, 500lb, 700lb, 1750lb, 3500lb. Rule of thumb is
a minimum of 5lbs of weight for every sq. foot of area per tent.
